Hiring Process

Helping you understand where you are during every step of your hiring process is very important to us. A general explanation of the steps involved in applying for a job and being hired is listed below.

1. Application

Apply to open positions via the “Job Search” option on our website. If your qualifications meet the requirements of the position, you may be contacted by a SIG SAUER recruiter over the phone or via email.

2. Interview

Initial and/or additional interviews, either in person or on the phone, will then take place. If applicable, testing/screening and licensure review will take place.

3. Offer/Acceptance

A qualified candidate will be offered the job. If accepted, the job requisition will be closed. Hire is contingent on successfully passing pre-employment drug test and background screening.

4. Onboarding and Orientation

As a new hire, we will guide you through the process of joining the SIG SAUER team.
